What are the payment terms?
Websites: 50% deposit to start, 50% before launch. Custom apps and CRMs: milestone-based — typically 40% at kickoff, 30% at the mid-point demo, 30% at user acceptance testing. Hosting bills monthly by card.
Are there any recurring fees besides hosting?
No. Your build is a one-time fee. Hosting and care plans are optional and month-to-month. Third-party costs (domain, premium plugins, paid APIs) are passed through at cost.
What if I need changes after launch?
Bug fixes within the support window are free. New features are quoted as a change order or billed at $125/hour, or covered by the included hours on Business Care and Application plans.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Business and Growth websites can be split into 3 monthly payments. Larger builds are naturally spread across milestones.
