What happens if I cancel?
Plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and we hand you a full backup of your site, database and files.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we miss it because of our infrastructure, that month of hosting is credited.
